I made it , but with another file from another website, i don't know if i'm authorized to share it here.
I'll do it anyway XD, So i searched and downloaded this file :
Colin_McRae_Rally_04_Win_ISO_EN
It's an iso file.
Then, i downloaded this crack :
colin-mcrae-rally-4-v11-english-no-cdfixed-exe
And replaced the original that was intalled.
And it works !!!

The demo seems to run flawlessly on Windows 10, but like others have said, the .exe doesn't seem to work. Mine seems to open to a black screen and then instantly crash

This is a great game, probably the best McRae game out of all of them, it works best on Windows98SE.
For gods sake dont run this game in a win98 virtual machine, it will run like a bag of spanners if you do this, just go on ebay and grab some socket 939 parts and build a proper machine.

im sorry but i dont know how to start the game? i tried changing .zip to .iso and running it from a virtual diskdrive but that didnt work. i changed back to .zip, extracted it and tried to just run the exe but that also didnt work. running as administrator and in winXP compatibility mode also doesnt work. what do i do? i cant find anything online about that

For some reason, this full RIP doesn't come with a 'setup.exe' which is most likely crucial to this sort of stuff as the demo of this did have it separate to the rest of the core files...
